Scholarship Opportunities
Campbell University is grateful for the financial assistance made available to students each year through our Endowed Scholarship Program. Through the generosity of the University’s supporters, over $54 million has been contributed to our private scholarship endowment fund to help Campbell students receive a Christian education. Each year, over 1,600 students are awarded endowed scholarships.
The 2024-2025 Departmental Endowed Scholarship Application cycle will open March 1st, 2024. The application will close May 1st, 2024.
Scholarship selections are made after May 1st. Students will receive email notifications between June and August if selected for an award.
Students must be accepted to Campbell University and use Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in. To use Single Sign-On, you must have an activated Campbell email address to complete the scholarship application.
All main campus, undergraduate students, attending full-time can apply for Departmental Endowments. Departmental Endowments are awarded/selected by the scholarship committee of each department. The Financial Aid Office does not select recipients of awards.
Graduate students must contact their specific School for their endowment application process.
The following minimum criteria is required to be considered for a Departmental Endowed Scholarship:
• Students must be main campus, full-time (12+ hours) student for the fall/spring semester.
• Students must meet donor eligibility requirements (i.e. demonstrated financial need, residency, church membership, academic performance).
• Students must maintain a Campbell University cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher after the completion of the first semester and each subsequent semester. Students’ academic standing will be reviewed at the end of each semester.
• Good conduct, good citizenship, community service, and other similar criteria are considered in the selection of scholarship recipients.
